DAY 328 -- Grateful for healthy foods.

In honor of Thanksgiving, here's some healthy foods I am grateful for:

Tomatoes
Hazelnuts
Asparagus
Navy beans
Kiwifruit
Spinach
Grapefruit
Italian olive oils
Vinegars
Idaho potatoes
Nectarines
Garlic

  1. Lovely list...I'm trying to think of a different H, and Kale for K...lots of great choices of foods aren't there? Oh, how about hummus? You might be cheating with those Idaho potatoes, but they are likely healthier than Iceberg Lettuce! (the only other I that I could thing of quickly)

  2. Lynn... the letter "i" was a toughy for any kind of food, let alone healthy, huh? Ice cream was certainly out! Since I am originally from Idaho...well, I had to go with the Idaho Potato. :-)
