On October 9, 2001, I gave up refined sugars and sweets.
This picture was taken December 2006, after losing almost 90 pounds.
Then, while I was in school (from fall of 2007 to fall of 2010) I started eating "on the run" and eating processed foods, I gained over 30 pounds back!
Here I am last summer (June 2010). I think I gained another 10 pounds the months following this photo, but this is the closet I can find for a "before" picture for starting My Healthy Eating Challenge (January 2011). If I find a picture taken closer to January, I will post it later.
