Happy Valentine's Day to me! I weighed myself this morning and I've lost another 4.5 pounds since the last time I weighed (on January 31). All together I have lost 15.5 pounds. (See my page for "
At the Start" where I keep track of weight loss.) Once again, I point out that I have not counted one calorie, fat gram, carb or whatever. This amazes me. Eating healthy really does pay off! I am so grateful for this.
