Dun dun dun! Wait for it... wait for it... tomorrow I start my challenge!
I took a quick inventory of my cupboards and realized, "No wonder the pounds have been sneaking up!" My cupboards are full of packaged foods with hidden sugars. That's what I get for not reading labels closer. I have some packages of dried fruit that actually have added sugar!! I have always been very careful about dried fruit, eating it in moderation, because I knew the natural fruit sugars were more concentrated. But sugar added?? Are you kidding me? Why on earth do we need more sugar when eating dried fruit? Let this be a lesson and reminder to me. READ LABELS!
