Don't ever let me near that stuff, I'm telling ya!

I know I would not be able to eat as healthy if my husband was not on board with me. I am so grateful his "one month trial" run at eating healthy convinced him to continue. Then, on the trip home, my hubby wanted to stop at Grocery Outlet just to see what they had. I stayed in the car with our dog as the it was too warm to close the windows. He came out of the store with 2 candy bars and a bag of Chex Mix salty snacks. All my resolve flew out the window in less than one minute. Had a a conversation on the way home about it ... I cannot stop myself when face with crappy food. I'm powerless over sugar & salt! If those items were never in the car, I would not have even thought about wanting or eating them. I wasn't even hungry!!! Ay yi yi. However, I didn't beat myself up too much about it. I got up the next day ... and said "New day!"Suddenly Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12483813654827621158noreply@blogger.com
