Sounds like o...I laughed when I read your comment. Sounds like our husbands think alike. We live in an upper story condo which requires climbing two flights of stairs to get to our unit (no elevator), then once inside our place, we have another set of stairs that go to the master bedroom on another level! My husband often says, "These stairs will keep us young forever!"

Actually, I was the one that insisted we buy a place with stairs. We sold a home with stairs, and lived for a while in a one level apartment before we purchased this place. While in that apartment, I really noticed a difference in my stamina (low) from lack of using stairs. So we'll live here as long as we possibly can and if we reach a point where we truly cannot handle the stairs any longer, then we'll get something else. :)Sugarholic In Recoveryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09591959478388014741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2144937010104658762.post-60906501611357063582011-05-01T07:07:04.578-06:002011-05-01T07:07:04.578-06:00When my husband bought the house we're living ...When my husband bought the house we're living in now, he had no idea how many times we'd be running up and down stairs. I've developed a knee problem since moving here! He said he has read research that folks who have stairs in their homes live longer. I say, yeah, if they don't break their necks falling down them! Loved your post today!Suddenly Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12483813654827621158noreply@blogger.com
